What we collect

When you enroll, buy a product or send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, company name and the course or product you chose. Payment card and e-wallet details are entered on our payment providers' pages (PayMongo or PayPal) and are not stored by ERG.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm enrollment, issue receipts and certificates, deliver vouchers and course access, register you with the certification body when required, and answer your questions.

Sharing

We share your details only with the certification body or exam provider for your course (such as EC-Council, CompTIA or Pearson VUE), our payment providers, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email info@erglearningcenter.com with your request.
