A seat is reserved once payment or an approved company billing request is received. Class dates, times and formats may change; we will notify you by email and mobile.

Course materials

Official courseware, labs and vouchers are licensed by their certification bodies for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Exams and certification

Certification decisions, exam policies and eligibility rules are set by the certification body. ERG does not guarantee a passing result.
