Refund Policy

Instructor-led classes

Cancel at least 10 business days before the class starts for a full refund, or move to a later batch at no charge. After that, we can move you to a later batch once. If ERG cancels or reschedules a class, you may choose a full refund or a new date.

Exam vouchers and self-paced products

Vouchers and digital products cannot be refunded once the code or access has been delivered, because the certification body treats them as used. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure which voucher you need.

How to request

Email info@erglearningcenter.com with your name, receipt number and the item. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
